2. Inspect Mechanical Parts: Look for any foreign objects or damage. Make sure the lock cylinder and key are not worn or deformed. Try using a spare key if available.
3. Check Environmental Factors: Confirm the lock box hasn't been exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity. Environmental conditions can affect performance.
4. Verify Network Connection: Ensure the lock box can connect to the WiFi gateway and your mobile phone. On your mobile device, confirm that the Wi-Fi is connected to the correct network. Reduce the distance between the gateway and the lock box to within 10 meters.
